On behalf of our client a major player in the FM industry we are seeking for a
Key ResponsibilitiesTo identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.
Assist Contract Support, other supervisors and Operations Manager in administering the PPM and follow on monthly work.
Complete AP duties as and when required following company and site rules.
Ensure that engineers have relevant access arranged, any reports/permits are reviewed in a timely manner and are uploaded to the elog book system accurately.
Follow on works from any in house PPM, co-ordinate, obtain approval via webquote after liaison with Estates and to subsequently supervise all work.
The provision of QHSE working conditions ensuring that both clients and Company QHSE policy’s & process are effectively implemented across all planned sub contractor’s activities.
Working with the Ops Manager and Account Manager to ensure appropriate control/Monitoring systems for PPM’s are used/shared to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
Promoting and maintaining the core Values of the company.
Oversee the completion of reactive work orders as and when required & authorised.
Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to tool box talks, briefings, correspondence, and ad-hoc reporting as appropriate.

Jointly financial responsibilities for the delivery of the operational plan
